THE 16TH BRICS CONFERENCE IN RUSSIA – The Conference took place in Kazan 22-24 October 2024. Founded in 2009, BRICS is composed of five countries: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. It has just been enlarged to include Iran, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia. On this particular occasion, Turkey, Cuba and Bolivia made formal applications to join.
